vtsproje has been producing greenhouse systems, soilless growing equipment and in-greenhouse equipment at its own factory in Yenişehir, Mersin since 2012.
Engineering, fabrication, installation and equipment supply are all handled under one roof. Because we do not outsource production, we control both quality and delivery time ourselves.
We work alongside growers and deliver turnkey greenhouse installation — from the first site survey through to the first harvest.

Milestones
Since 2012

2012
vtsproje was founded in Yenişehir, Mersin to manufacture greenhouses and greenhouse equipment. -
2014
The gutter production line came online, bringing a core soilless growing component in-house. -
2015
Greenhouse systems were brought together under the “Vatansera” brand and serial production began. -
2015
The first export shipment was delivered to Ghana, opening the African market. -
2016
The first turnkey greenhouse project was completed, with design, manufacturing, installation and commissioning under a single contract. -
2017
The first banana greenhouse was built on a high-eaved gothic structure. -
2018
A 3D CNC wire bending machine was commissioned, bringing in-greenhouse wire components and hanging elements into our own production. -
2019
A tube and profile laser machine brought cutting and drilling of greenhouse profiles in-house. -
2021
A flatbed laser machine was added, expanding sheet and plate processing capacity. -
2022
A mobile gutter machine was commissioned, allowing gutters to be roll-formed in one piece directly on site. -
2023
Production of strawberry and tomato growing gutters began, widening the soilless growing range. -
2024
Production of crop handling and harvesting trolleys began, completing the in-greenhouse equipment line.

In our facility of more than 2,000 m² we manufacture greenhouse structures with modern equipment and a skilled workforce.
INNOVATION
In-house production of galvanised structures: cutting, bending and welding are all carried out at our own plant in Mersin.

Designed around the climate of your site, with a structural calculation for wind and snow load on every project.
TEAM
Installation by our own crews and handover of a turnkey greenhouse within the agreed schedule.
Reliability
Service and spare parts after handover: we support the greenhouse throughout its working life.
Quality
Every greenhouse is calculated for the wind and snow loads of its specific site. We use hot-dip galvanised steel, monitor coating thickness and check the geometry of each batch before dispatch.
